Reader's letter.
I HAVE recently been researching MJB Baddeley, of Baddeley clock fame.
His father-in-law, Robert Michaelson-Yeates, lived at Olive Mount in Bowness in 1891. I have been trying without success to find where where Olive Mount is or was.
The Internet has been of no use and the Kendal archive centre has merely confirmed the above second sentence.
