PLANS to turn a 19th century stone barn at Rose Cottage, Garsdale, into a one-bed holiday let were approved by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
There were two objections to the proposal by Mr J Butterworth, including an anonymous one from "Garsdale Residents", who raised parking concerns and said the village already had enough holiday properties.
The planning committee heard the conversion would "rejuvenate" the outbuilding.
