KENDAL-based housebuilder Russell Armer has kept its five-star customer rating for the third year running.
The company scored 100 per cent in the Home Builders Federation's customer satisfaction survey for 2019.
Just 22 developers across the country picked up a five-star accolade this year, and Russell Armer was the only Cumbrian firm to make the grade.
The awards are based on feedback from buyers of new homes, who are asked if they would recommend their housebuilder to a friend.
Russell Armer's managing director Martyn Nicholson and construction director Andrew Taylor were presented with a plaque to mark their third win at an event in London.
Mr Nicholson said it was "a very great honour", while Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the Home Builders Federation, described it as "a fantastic achievement".
Russell Armer has won several industry awards recently for its new homes at The Avenue and Tenterfield, both in Kendal, including a coveted accolade from Kendal Civic Society.
