A SOUTH Lakes spoken word and poetry open mic night will raise money for the charity ‘Mind’.
Proceeds from the event at the Royal Barn, Kirkby Lonsdale, on April 25 (7-10pm) will also go to the local ‘Aluna’ Explorer Scout Unit.
There is no ticket price but attendees are asked to make a donation to the above causes.
Those who wish to perform can sign up on the door at 6.45pm. There is also an optional warm-up session from 6pm.
