TWO fire engines were called out to an incident on Waterbarrow, in Ambleside yesterday.
The fire involved a wood burning furnace and crews used one hose reel, on jet and small tools to extinguish the blaze.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm.
Fire services were at the scene for nearly an hour.
