Holker Hall
HOLKER Estates Company has asked for planning consent for two heritage-style skylight windows at the north wing of Holker Hall, near Grange-over-Sands.
The Cavendish family hopes to turn an unused living room into an artist's studio, according to plans with South Lakeland District Council.
The roof would also be insulated and made watertight.
