BANK Holiday traffic is causing delays around the Lake District this afternoon.
There has been standing traffic along the A592 and Kendal Road in Bowness, while there are also delays along the A591 from Windermere to Ambleside.
The A590 is also busy and there is slow moving traffic through Kendal.
