A SUNDAY roast delivery service that delivered all across Furness has been forced to close.
'Dial-a-Roast' based in Dalton delivered Sunday roasts all across the area to Barrow, Ulverston and Walney as well as Dalton, Askam and Kirkby.
However, due to a 'lack of support' they have been forced to close after they were convinced to reopen by customers in February.
The announcement came over Facebook.
A spokesperson from Dial-a-Roast said: "Unfortunately due to lack of support the management have been forced into the decision to once again close the 'Dial-a-Roast' service.
"In February we were persuaded by a number of customers to 'give it another go' after closing last year.
"They all said they would support the venture, but this hasn't happened and the business is no longer viable.
"Despite getting 5* reviews on Facebook, Tripadvisor etc, very few people have been using the service and bookings have once again dwindled.
"We will be closed forthwith.
"As stated a number of times it was a case of 'use it or lose it'."
Their Facebook page reads as 'closed for business'.
