Students would rather have a fast internet connection than a living room, says a survey
STUDENTS would rather live near a supermarket than a pub, suggests research by landlord insurance provider Towergate.
Most undergraduates would prefer to live in the same property throughout their time at university, and a fast internet connection is just as desirable as a living room, the survey of 500 students across the UK found.
