THE Canal and River Trust has organised free courses on dry stone walling and oral history.
The oral history course is on June 26, 9.30am to 5pm, at the Westmorland County Agricultural Society, Lane Farm, Crooklands.
The beginners' two-day walling courses are also at Crooklands, on July 2 and 3, August 19 and 20, and September 28 and 29.
