PLANS to demolish a bungalow and build seven new houses at Grange-over-Sands have been submitted to South Lakeland District Council.
Grange Town Council has raised no objections to the plans by Kane Ltd, of Cartmel, for the site at Springfield, on Methven Road.
However it has asked planners to consider neighbours' privacy and a potential reduction in the number of dwellings, to give residents more outdoor space.
The two-storey homes would have render, stonework and wood cladding, according to plans.
