A Cumbrian design agency has been hard at work building a new brand for a luxury home developer.

Brand consultancy and design studio Single Malt, in Kirkby Lonsdale, has completed the work for MH Stainton Homes.

The rebrand included a complete brand redesign and website rebuild.

Rebecca Hull, lead creative at Single Malt, said: “The logo is a mark of trust and quality, with a nod to the client’s heritage, tying in a monogram with logo type.

"The brand is now fully representative of everything MH Stainton Homes stand for as a business.

"It has been designed with a modern twist whilst still in keeping the heritage feel and creating an impression of established quality."

Michael Stainton, managing director of MH Stainton Homes, said: “As a well established luxury developer, our brand should be one that portrays our premium service, heritage and focus on building the best quality homes.

"With a new focus on larger developments rather than single, bespoke homes, our brand wasn’t showcasing us as much it should.

"We contacted Single Malt to help us change the focus and the team there were hugely invested in our company and values, spending lots of time getting to know us.

"The result is an exceptional brand that really shows who we are and what we believe.

"We feel fully connected to the brand now, which means we’ll live and breathe it for a long time to come.”

MH Stainton has completed luxury developments across the North West, including near Lancaster and Morecambe.
