I would like to thank the people who helped me when I slipped and fell on my face, when leaving Kendal’s Westmorland Shopping Centre for the car park, at lunchtime on Wednesday, July 24.
Many special thanks to the very kind gentlemen who stayed with me and helped me walk to my niece’s car in the disabled bay. I could not have done it on my own.
I would also like to thank nurses Sue and Justine, also Doctor Hawkins, from the Central Lakes Medical Group for their care when treating my injuries.
We are so very fortunate in having such a dedicated and caring team of professionals at our Medical Group. I know from my own experience while on holiday with my friend last year that not everyone is as lucky.
I assure everyone who helped me, I didn’t break anything although my face is an ‘amazing multi-coloured’ shades of bruising.
