POLICE are investigating an alleged rape at a house.
A 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of rape of a woman over 16 at a property in Windermere.
The Manchester man was released under investigation.
Police were called at around 8pm on July 8.
The alleged incident was reported by an officer at a meeting of Lakes Parish Council.
