AN award-winning Northern hospitality group is holding a recruitment fair to find talented and bright new employees who share its values and want to pursue a career in hospitality.

The Inn Collection Group, which operates pubs with rooms across the North of England, is looking for new staff ahead of the grand opening of its first Lake District pubs.

A recruitment fair will be held at The Ambleside Salutation Hotel, in Ambleside, on September 18 and 19, between 10am and 5pm, and anyone interested in applying is invited to attend, ask questions, and submit their application.

The group is seeking staff in all areas, including housekeeping, kitchen, front-of-house, and maintenance. Available roles include chefs of all levels, assistant managers, porters, and more.

New employees will be based at the group’s latest acquisitions: The Ambleside Inn, formerly The Queens, in Ambleside, and at The Coniston Inn, formerly The Waterhead Hotel, in Coniston.

Both sites are undergoing multi-million pound refurbishments, and are expected to open later this year.

Earlier this year, The Inn Collection Group was named the Best Pub Employer in the National Publican Awards 2019, thanks to the company’s strong record of training and developing staff to help them further their careers. The group was also a finalist in the recent industry Oscars, The Great British Pub Awards.
