A Cumbrian estate agents is celebrating being shortlisted for a trio of awards.
Thomson Hayton Winkley, which has offices in Kendal, Windermere, Grange and Kirkby Lonsdale, has been nominated in three categories for the Negotiator Awards 2019.
It has been shortlisted for; the regional award for the North East and North West, Single Branch Lettings Agency of the Year and Estate Agency of the Year with two to four branches.
Director Angela Horn said: “This is amazing news for Thomson Hayton Winkley.”
She said she and fellow director Clare Hoban “are extremely grateful for all the continued hard work of the whole team and are very proud that we have been shortlisted for three categories”.
She added: “As a relatively young estate agency this is an incredible accolade for us at such a prestigious national event.
“It recognises our service as an estate and lettings agency and it’s especially incredible to have been shortlisted for estate agency of the year.”
The Negotiator Awards were established in 2008 and have become the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate and letting agency industry.
The winners will be announced on November 29.
