Walkers rescued after becoming crag'd fast
TWO walkers who'd become cragfast near Bowfell, were rescued yesterday.
Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue were called on October 13, at around 2.30pm, and found the walkers on Hanging Knotts, above Angle Tarn.
Once on scene the volunteers helped to bring the walkers back up to the path, then escorted them down.
The rescue lasted six hours.
