MEMBERS from Kendal Rugby Club have been involved in an exciting video made by the RFU.
To highlight the growing sport of Walking Rugby, more than 20 members, aged over 50, from Kendal Auld Greys were filmed as part of the innovative project.
The idea behind the video is to encourage people, of any ability, to get involved in the sport.
Even if you have never played rugby the motivation behind the new sport is to create an opportunity for people to keep fit and socialise.

Kendal Auld Greys play at the club every Wednesday from 2pm until 3pm followed by tea and treats.
