To everyone involved in the South Cumbria Community Awards last Thursday.
I was amazed and delighted to have been given the Volunteer of the Year Award.
It was a wonderful evening, so well organized and what a lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed every minute, meeting and chatting to other finalists.
The residents and staff and my fellow volunteers were all delighted and join me in saying a big thank you to you all.
A memory to treasure for ever.
