AN ULVERSTON man is hoping to keep the timber garden fence he put up in June 2017.
In planning documents, Paul Swann of 49 Mountbarrow Road apologised for a misunderstanding over planning regulations for fences.
Mr Swann is seeking retrospective consent from South Lakeland District Council.
