READING the article 'Dumped cars are 'tip of the iceberg' ' (Gazette, November 7), I couldn't help notice the similarity between the Lake District National Park Authority and the EU, in they're both democratically unaccountable, have their own agenda and don't care for local communities.
They also love other people's money, hence the LDNPA's rip-off parking charges encouraging rogue parking such as that highlighted at Skelwith.
