THE Christmas coffee morning at St Oswald’s Church raised £360 for church funds. Many thanks to all who supported this event.
LIZ and Roger Neale held a successful “Oxfam Day” at Westhouse, selling £261-worth of Oxfam goods and donating £331 to the Oxfam Emergency Relief Fund. They would like to thank all who supported them.
EVERYONE is welcome to the Christmas services at St Oswald's Church, with refreshments to follow. The nine lessons and carols service is on Sunday (December 15) 4.30pm. At the crib service on Sunday, December 22, at 9.30am, children are encouraged to dress up for a part and sing festive songs. Please talk to Rosemary Hartley for a costume and songs on 07596-117035. The Christmas Day communion service starts at 9.30am.
