Reader's letter.
IN DECEMBER 5's Gazette you published two articles/letters appealing to political parties not to send out flyers pretending to be from local newspapers ('Time to bring practice to an end' and 'Please bring back trusted news').
The same issue and the November 21 issue had a wraparound headed "The Westmorland Gazette", followed in small print that this was an advertisement feature. This seems rather hypocritical.
I and other people I have talked to are thinking of not bothering to buy your paper any more.
