SETTLEBECK School, Sedbergh, is to host a 'hygge' day to teach pupils about managing their own mental health, in response to an apparent nationwide crisis in mental health among younger generations.
'Hygge' is a Danish term which relates to finding comfort in simple, everyday things.
On January 20, pupils will be able to take part in a range of activities, from yoga and fell running through to campfire-cooking and knitting.
