The zebra crossing close to the post office
CUMBRIA County Council (CCC) has announced that resurfacing work is scheduled for Kendal's Sandylands Estate before April after a member of the public raised concerns about the condition of a zebra crossing on Sandylands Road.
A CCC spokesman said resurfacing and repainting work was set to take place in areas where it was needed prior to the end of the financial year (March 31).
This will happen once current drainage work on the estate is finished.
