The Red Dragon in Kirkby Lonsdale
ROBINSONS Brewery has issued an update on the Red Dragon inn in Kirkby Lonsdale, which has been closed since before Christmas.
A spokesman for the company, which owns the pub but lets it to independent operators, said: "We can confirm that the tenant closed the pub temporarily before Christmas for reasons beyond our control.
"We would like to see the Red Dragon reopen as quickly as possible and are liaising with the tenants of the pub to that end.
"We hope to have issues resolved, and a new tenant in the pub, by the end of January at the latest."
