YOUNG people are being invited to apply for grants to support small-scale projects in the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas.
Up to £1,000 is available to 11-24-year-olds to fund or part-fund initiatives which will improve the natural environment or raise environmental awareness.
The money is available from Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust’s ‘Youth Environmental Action Fund’. The deadline for applications is February 3. Visit www.ydmt.org/action-fund for more information.
