A MAN has been fined after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Kendal.
Jeff Hayton, 54, of New Road, Kendal, admitted the public order offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court in Barrow. The offence happened on January 13 this year.
Hayton, who has recently held a protest on the former New Road car park, was fined £100 and told to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.
