NIGHT-time canoeing and zipwire experiences will be new additions to a festival celebrating the wonders of the night sky later this month.
Alongside these activities - at Semerwater and Askrigg respectively - the Dark Skies Festival will feature perennial favourites such as wildlife spotting and astrophotography.
Dark Skies is taking place between February 14 and March 1.
