Travellers in Cumbria along the M6 have been warned to plan ahead after storm damage put one of the county's service stations out of action.
The Burton-in-Kendal services is unable to provide fuel after storm damage was sustained this week.
Lying between junctions 35 and 36 on the M6, the nearest alternative is Mossdale service station two miles to the west.
