Storm Dennis has made its presence known in Cumbria with some roads starting to flood.
Reports are coming in that the marsh road between Burgh by Sands and Bowness-on-Solway is impassable due to flooding.
Problems have also been reported between Bowness and Anthorn.
Elsewhere in the county several minor roads in the area of Rosgill near Shap are now impassable due to flooding.
The B5322 at St John in the Vale the road is starting to flood and barely passable in places near Threlkeld Quarry.
Service are said to be at a standstill on the Avanti West Coast between Penrith and Oxenholme Lake District due to flooding.
