Quad bike and jackhammers taken in burglary, report police
POLICE are appealing for information following an alleged burglary at a Milnthorpe timber yard.
A Cumbria Constabulary spokesman said four jackhammers and a quad bike were taken during the incident at the Dallam Timber sales yard, with the quad bike later being recovered.
The alleged incident occurred at around 1am on February 14.
The spokesman said offenders were believed to have travelled towards Coldwell Lane via any of the surrounding areas of Storth, Carr Bank, Hazelslack and Sandside.
