MAINTENANCE: A number of improvements planned for M6
HIGHWAYS England has released a summary of planned road improvements on the M6 this week.
M6 junctions 31a to 31will undergo work to upgrade the police observation platforms on the southbound carriageway this week.
Overnight lane closures and a 50mph speed limit will be put in place on the M6 junctions 31a to 31 between the hours of 8pm and 5am.
The hard shoulder will be closed throughout the duration of these upcoming maintenance works.
