Ulverston team gets fundraising
FUNDRAISING has begun to send an Ulverston team to a national end of season qualifier.
Ulverston and District Equine Club is putting on a tack sale in an effort to raise funds for their stars' riding team.
Chairlady Avril McKinley said: “As a club we like to try to subsidize our teams to go to the championships. We are looking for sponsorships and we hold a number of events throughout the year”.
The event takes place at Ulverston auction market café from 10am this Sunday.
Entry is £1.
