MISSING: Chanel Flatley
POLICE have appealed for help finding a missing teenager from Kendal.
A Cumbria Constabulary spokesman said 13-year-old Chanel Flatley was last seen on March 21 "in the area of Endmoor."
She was wearing a shiny red jacket, a grey and black leopard-print top, black ripped skinny jeans and black and gold trainers.
The spokesman said Chanel had links to Lancashire and Heywood, Greater Manchester.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101. Chanel is also urged to get in touch if she sees this appeal.
