A FOOD delivery company has vowed to support the community in the midst of the coronavirus crisis .

JMP Foodservice of Sedbergh say they will make sure no one goes without essential food, drinks or non-food items such as cleaning products and toilet roll.

“Our current stock levels mean we can maintain our high quality delivery service to our regular food service customers as well as helping to bridge the current shortfall in the supply chain and provide locals with items they may well be missing from the regular shopping trip," said Anne Benville, director.

“It also means local people trying to socially distance themselves in the current climate have a much shorter distance to travel to get their essentials.”

Orders can be phoned in between 8.30pm and 5pm from Monday to Friday on 015396 20296.

You can collect your goods between 9am and noon.

The collection service is available at Sedbergh, LA10 5HQ, with a minimum order of £20. For information visit jmpfoodservice.co.uk.
