CRITICISED: Properties are available to book on Airbnb
A TRAVEL firm has been urged to suspend its booking facility during the coronavirus pandemic.
A Twitter user highlighted a number of available properties in the Lake District on Airbnb's website.
Holiday lets are showing as available to book in Millom, Newby Bridge and Windermere.
They said: "Very disappointing to see Airbnb offering holiday lets in the Lake District over Easter. They should act responsibly and not allow any bookings whilst the lockdown is in force."
