A LITTLE artist is doing her bit to support to NHS with her rainbow decorated gifts in Kendal.

Felicity Mae, aged 3, is spreading hope and help by selling mugs and t-shirts with her rainbow designs on them.

All the money she raises goes to the NHS aiding their fight against Coronavirus.

Shared on Facebook on her mother's page Robyn Lee photography, Felicity's designs can be personalised and delivered free in Kendal.

Felicity's grandparents Kerry Gow and Graham Barnes have been instrumental in helping Felicity with her project.

Kerry, 49 said: " Felicity painted the rainbows on our window, and we got the idea to use our heat presser.

Took the opportunity to have a go with the image on a T-shirt, and that is where the whole plan came from.

"We got a really good response from it and a lot of orders. She was happy to be helping.

"She wants to help make the germs go away.

"She's such a kind and caring little girl. She loves animals and creating.

"We print the designs off for her, take the orders and deliver them to anyone living locally who orders one.

"All the profits we make are going to the NHS.

"Who knows we might try doing other designs in the future, and other kinds of products as well".

Her mugs and T-shirts have been advised on Facebook and Instagram,

"If you would like to brighten a loved one or special key workers day 🌈 we can personalise gifts and post directly to them. (Or deliver free in the Kendal area)".

The family are also hoping to branch out to support other businesses and charities as well as the NHS.

Robyn, Felicity's mother, said: "We are looking forward to partnering up with the bee friendly trust in the future who strive to create bee friendly spaces".

Since beginning this venture on Sunday this week (April 19), they have raised a total of £767.50 for the NHS to aid their battle against Coronavirus.

The public reaction has been overwhelmingly positive, and orders were being placed within hours of the project being announced on social media.

Since the beginning of the Covid 19 outbreak, the rainbow design has become a symbol of unite and hope for those living in lockdown whilst showing constant support for the NHS heroes.

Mugs costs £5.00 and can be personalised for £7.00. T-shirts are £10.00 and can also be personalised for £12.50.
