AN URGENT product recall has been put out for Wall's ice lollies over fears they contain metal.
Parent company Unilever is recalling a number of batches of Wall’s Mini Calippo Orange & Lemon-Lime multi-packs.
A statement Unilever said: "Wall’s is taking the precautionary measure of recalling a limited batch of Wall’s Mini Calippo Orange & Lemon-Lime multi-packs as internal quality checks have shown they may contain very small fragments of metal.
"The safety of the people that buy and use our products is always our number one priority which is why we are taking the precaution of recalling this limited number of multi-packs.."
The products being recalled are those with the Best Before Date of 04/2022 or 05/2022 plus a Batch Code of: L0121, L0122, L0123, L0124, L0125 and L0126

Advice from the Food Standard's Agency is as follows "If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, contact Unilever on their Careline Freephone: 0800 731 1507."
In the organisation risk statement it says: "This product may contain pieces of metal which makes the product unsafe to eat."
