A SECTION of the A590 near Levens has been closed for minor maintenance works.
One lane has been closed for grass cutting, weed spraying and litter removal works on in both directions.
The closure covers the section of road between Gilpin Bridge and Brettargh Holt Roundabout, which leads towards Kendal.
Highways England says the closure will end today.
