LAST week’s picture was of Farrer’s 17th century tea and coffee shop in Stricklandgate.
Farrer's is one of the best known properties in the town. Established in 1819 ,they began trading as Farrers Tea Mart and Coffee Warehouse. Inside the shop is like stepping back in time. Behind the counter can be seen the brass containers and the names of the varieties of tea and coffee available.
