Police officers will be adopting a four-point plan in their approach to handling the lockdown
A GATHERING of youths was broken up by police.
Officers said a group of around 30 had gathered on football pitches in Barrow.
They were said to be breaking rules on social distancing in gathering in groups of more than six people.
Cumbria's Special Constabulary said on Twitter: "Last Night Officers were called for a gathering of youths on football pitches in the Barrow Area.
"Upon arrival approximately 30 people were not social distancing and were in groups larger then 6. This is still not allowed and there is still a virus #staysafe."
