ULVERSTON Music Festival has gone virtual to raise funds for the Coronation Hall which has been the host venue to their previous events.

The 17th annual festival was due to start on June 19, 2020 but because of restrictions on social distancing due to coronavirus this had to be cancelled.

Instead the organiser Anthony Hewitt decided to get the artists to perform from their own homes live on Facebook in the new event title ‘Home2Home’.

Each performance has been happening live on their social media page and has featured Mr Hewitt himself, Patsy Gillam and Kevin Loh so far.

Although performances are free to view Mr Hewitt is hoping they can to raise funds via donations on their Facebook page to help Coronation Hall.
