A MAN has been charged by police after a dad and his son and daughter died in a crash.
David Logan has been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
The 47-year-old, of Broughton Road, Dalton, has been remanded to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court tomorrow (June 26).
Emergency services were called at 2:30pm on Sunday to the report of a crash involving one vehicle a Peugeot 206 and three pedestrians.
The victims were Joshua James Flynn, aged 37, his son Coby-Jay Flynn aged 15 and daughter Skylar Flynn aged 12.
Their beloved dog Troy also died.
