A 40-MONTH driving ban has been imposed on a Carlisle man who admitted drink-driving.
Alistair Lee Bradshaw, 48, of Partridge Place, committed the offence on June 23 in King Street, Carlisle, the city’s Rickergate court heard.
He was just over twice the legal drink limit when he was caught driving a Ford Ka, the court heard. As well as the ban, magistrates imposed a 10-week night-time curfew, and a community order with alcohol treatment.
The defendant, who also admitted driving without insurance and in a way not permitted by his licence, must pay £85 costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
