Road closed
THE county council's surface dressing programme continues this week, which means temporary closures for certain routes in the South Lakes.
Specific stretches of road along Moss Lane in Heversham, Hutton Lane in Levens and Colton in Bouth are all due to be closed today to facilitate the surface maintenance work.
Road authorities and the county council have thanked residents for their patience during this time.
