19 new homes
AN application has been submitted for more than a dozen new houses in Kendal.
A planning application has been submitted to South Lakeland District Council for 19 new homes south of Underbarrow Road on the western edge of Kendal.
Of the 19 homes, five are classed as affordable, local occupancy dwellings for which the application states 'there is a clear need as set out by the viability appraisal'.
