ROTHAY Manor is marking its reopening with the addition of a new way to enjoy your meal.

Head Chef Dan McGeorge will introduce the 'creation your own tasting menu' experience for customers.

Customers of Rothay Manor can choose either a five-course seasonal menu made up of two starters, two mains and one dessert or a seven-course seasonal menu made up of three starters, two mains and two desserts, or from a selection of vegetarian options in both menu sizes.
