After weeks of preparation The Range in Barrow-in-Furness opened its brand-new Iceland this morning.
In addition to providing essential items the store now offers a range of Iceland products, including fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy, meat and store cupboard staples.
The existing departments have been moved around to make it easier for customers to shop in the store.
In line with current Government guidelines, additional measures are in-place to make it safe for staff and customers.
These include social distancing markers to help people stay a safe distance apart, sanitising stations at the entrance and contactless card payment where possible.
Owner and founder of The Range, Chris Dawson said: “I think our customers will be excited to see that we’ve heavily expanded our product offering with the opening of Iceland
in our Barrow store.”
