More than £2,500 has been raised in memory of a much-loved Brampton man.
The money raised in Greg Cameron’s memory will be donated to the Great North Air Ambulance Service and Keswick Mountain Rescue Team.
Mr Cameron, 51, a former Flight Sergeant ICT manager at RAF Spadeadam, died when his bike was involved in a collision with a car in his home town on August 27.
His family said he was an “incredible and loving” son, husband, dad, brother and grancha.
“He was a caring, compassionate and selfless man who devoted much of his free time to helping others,” said his family.
“His positive outlook and love of life was infectious and he was happiest when outdoors exploring and having adventures with his family. His passing will leave a hole in many people’s lives.”
